So many of us are terrified of the signs of ageing. As tiny lines start to appear around our eyes, crinkles in our skin and sun spots creep in; we begin to feel our age like a countdown timer at new years.

Five tips for ageing well:

🌙 Drink Water
Dehydrated skin creates the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines. Hydrated skin is plump and supple. Drink a minimum of 2 litres of Water every single day. You'll want to drink more if you're exercising or in hot climates. The more you sweat, the more you drink.

🌙 Eat Well
Eat whole natural foods. Processed foods create inflammation in the body, which causes free radical damage. Foods high in antioxidants and omega's help to protect your cells from free radicals - leafy greens, avo, beetroot, salmon, nuts and blueberries, to name a few.

🌙 Exfoliate
